We operate as a 24-hour a day advisory and reporting service in the event of homophobic and transphobic violence.

If you have been the victim of homophobic or transphobic violence, call the police as a matter of emergency on 112.

Once you are safe and you have received any medical attention necessary, you can call us at any time on 0800 133 133 (freephone).

Telephone consultations on general LGBT+ issues take place from Monday to Thursday between 7pm and 9pm. Female advisors may be contacted from Monday to Wednesday.

No therapy

A consultation with us is no substitute for psychotherapy or face-to-face counselling. Instead, this is an opportunity for you to talk to someone, receiving advice that will put you on the right track.

What you tell us is confidential

All of our advisors are bound by professional secrecy and receive regular training to ensure the quality of their advice.
